You may return any Calma Sleeps Bamboo Bedding item, including sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, sleepwear and accessories  within the 14-day window, as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Only a store credit will be applied if this criteria is not     met.
- You have proof of purchase (order number and date).

**3. Returns Process:**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Provide your order number, and let us know the reason for the return.
c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

d. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
